RETURNS ---- Our return policy extends up to 30 days. After the 30 days time frame from your purchase arrival has have elapsed we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. NB: We DO NOT under any circumstance accept intimate or sanitary products. Other items that Cannot be returned: *Gift Cards *Downloadable Software *Health and Personal Care Products.
To qualify for a refund, you MUST produce the original sales receipt or purchase order as proof of purchase.
Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will NOT be refunded.
REFUNDS (if applicable) ---- Once the item is received and inspected the you will receive an e-mail from The Best Handmade Jewelry confirming that we have received your return. We will also inform you in the email about our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
In the case of late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received your refund by the specified date, please check your bank account first then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted back to your account.
Directly contact your bank as there is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If after doing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us by clicking the Messenger Button at the bottom of any page on this website.
SALE ITEMS POLICY (if applicable) --- ALL SALE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on SALE are NOT Refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY (if applicable) ---- Items are replaced or exchanged only if it they are defective or damaged. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, we will send all refunds to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the article. ***You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping Costs are NOT Refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required for us to receive your exchange product can vary. If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, we highly recommend you consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or get delivery insurance.
